We absolutely loved this hotel! It is run by a very friendly family. They helped us to arrange a guided tour to the rice terraces and native tribes. They woke up at 5:00 am to prepare an early breakfast for us to make sure that we won't miss our bus to our next destination. The room was clean, warm and confortable. The location is very good - it is located on a quiet street, but just few meters from the restaurants and shops, so there is no noise from outside. The main bus station is in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay here again. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their kindness!

The staff was very friendly, even let us shower in their own shower before our predetermined day-trip in the morning of our arrival!! The breakfast was decent, the room was good, very nice people (even let us some water for the trip back to Hanoi!!)

I absolutely loved my top floor room with it's pretty window seat, three windows looking onto the mountains, giant and cozy king sized bed and modern bathroom. I thought the shower was especially nice and the AC worked well. The family running the hotel was so sweet and helpful. They did my laundry for a small fee and made a delicious made-to-order breakfast each morning. You could choose from a menu of options. It wasn't a fancy breakfast but was a good start to the day. The location was perfect. Though not a luxury hotel, this one had everything I needed and lived up to the "Heart" in its name.
