The hotel is In an absolutely gorgeous location; on the beach!!!! Views outstanding! The swimming pool is big and with a lovey view! The beach is safe ; clean; NOT busy at all! In April We were the only one on the beach! You can walk from The hotel Swimming pool to the ocean within 30 seconds 👏!!! All hotel staff was amazing; Isabell Was great ; she helped us with everything!!!! She was extremly professional and polite. We had an amazing island visit tour with amazing Laurenzo! What an experience ! Thank You! Food was delicious and hotel was VERY clean!!! We got to the hotel by helicopter from Villanculos airport- excellent experience; gorgeous views; safe transfer!

Offering an infinity pool and 3 restaurants, Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort is located in the south of Bazaruto Island within the Bazaruto Archipelago National Park. Accommodations is offered in elegant villas, each with indoor lounge and outdoor veranda. Some of the villas have direct beach access and some feature a private plunge pool. Guests can enjoy sea views. Themed international buffets are offered at Golfinho Restaurant while Clube Naval is located by the pool and overlooks the the ocean. For the more active guests, the resort has a fitness center and can arrange activities such as beach volleyball, water sports, seasonal horseback riding, bird watching, deep sea fishing and boat trips. Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort is easily reached via Vilanculos Airport and plane or helicopter flights can be arranged on advance request for a surcharge. Boat transfers from Vilanculos are also available.

MANDATORY TRANSFER DETAILS (excluded from room rate)
We have two options available for your transportation to the island:
Option 1: The boat transfer option, begins with a road transfer from Vilankulo International Airport, followed by a boat transfer to Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort. The duration of the trip is approximately 90-120 minutes.
$39 per way, per person including taxes
Option 2: Helicopter flight transfer, departing directly from Vilankulo International Airport. The duration of the flight is approximately 20 minutes. The prices for the helicopter transfer are:

Return transfer $378 per person including taxes
