I liked that this resort was family-friendly. We have teenagers, so having access to the Foosball and Ping Pong was a nice touch. The room we were in was very clean and spacious. The Murphy beds for them were much more comfortable than a pull-out sofa bed. The microwave and mini fridge were great too. There was easy access to the beach, and there were places around the pool most of the time. There was nightly activity, which we enjoyed from our balcony. There were many options for food and drink (non-alcoholic and alcoholic). If our children were younger, I feel like the craft times were a great additive.

Overall very good, well run resort with huge pool, several restaurants serving various cuisines, all within the all-inclusive concept. Good size room with ocean view, comfortable bed. Gorgeous views from the balcony - the color of Caribbean sea is surreally beautiful. Very nice beach, although not swimmable due to big waves. Good entertainment program.

Most of the food was great! Drinks were excellent as well. The youngest (9) spent most of her time in the pool with the slides she loved it. Serve was excellent! They work so hard.

The entertainment staff was amazing! They had so fun activities for all ages. Waitstaff was courteous (although slow at times). Food at specialty restaurants was great and there were many choices at the buffet on nights we didn’t have a reservation.

The kids bunch (kids club) was brilliant! My girls couldn't get enough of it, they made new friends and love all the activities, carers were attentive and made it a lot of fun, I loved that parents could participate in some of the activities like pinata party, fun lab. etc. Thanks to all the carers - girls miss you all so much! The entertainment team was also brilliant! We really liked Bruno and Jose Carlos, both were so funny!!! We loved the shows in the evenings, it was a good mix of different shows but all very good quality! The Retro show and Glow party were wonderful!
