A big city, with good energy, people are smiling and in a good mood. The food in the restaurants is very good, a large selection of local and international cuisine, a large selection of good wines. Lots of beautiful streets with greenery and beautiful facades, you get the feeling that everything is done with style and measure. I would come again.

Great city for a weekend, packed with culture, restaurants and the famous design scene. Unless you are there for the design festival I would stay away from Milan for Design Week (it gets crowded and expensive) but at other times it's a great city to visit.

Beautiful city with wonderful architecture and history.
Beautiful city with wonderful architecture and history. Public transport is excellent once you work out how it works, would recommend googling it before you go, the tram system is excellent and not expensive, but there are also buses and trains. Would recommend trains from Milapensa airport as taxis are very overpriced. You can also walk as mostly flat and wonderful wondering the streets.
The parks, castle, cathedral and shopping malls are all superb to visit but some things sell out so book in advance.
Visited in April and the weather was like summer so enhanced our stay.
English spoken in tourist areas but not as much outside but everyone is so lovely and tries to help.
So much shopping and eating choices you will be spoilt for choice.

Milan is like any other metropolitan city: crowded, but with interesting places to see and things to do. Heavy police and army security in city center with forbidden access to some areas. The restaurants in city centre are very expensive, the same foods can be found on the neighbouring streets.

Beautiful city,Gothic cathedral in the heart of Milan.Galerija Vittorio Emanuele II,,Bosco Verticale .. We came to the city with a car, parked it at the hotel and continued to travel by metro. The only drawback is the street "sellers" on every corner (roses, bracelets...) literally jump on you and don't give up.
The location of Hotel Bristol is excellent. It is right next to Milan Central Train Station. There are metros, trams, buses nearby. Airport shuttle to MXP is conveniently located by the train station and runs every 10 to 15 minutes and it takes a little more than an hour to get to MXP. You can take the trains to various cities in Italy and other European destinations. Our excursion bus also leaves from the corner of the train station.
A perfect start to our stay in Italy: all the charm of an old-world hotel with modern luxury due to a recent renovation. Lots of warm marble in the bathroom!Marco was able to offer us every kind of assistance. We slept well in our very sound-proofed room, despite its central location and proximity to wonderful window shopping and great cappuccino like that we had Chic & Go nearby (their pastries a must!).
Extremely clean and well maintained hotel
Nice and perfect location near the city centre and Milano Linate Airport with excellent public transport.
Amazing staff May God bless! Especially "Nabil" and "Cristian",
Excellent customer service:
Their target is clear...! (customer satisfaction first)...!
They'll do all what they can for your comfort.
Excellent communicaton and Prompt response
I stayed at Spice Hotel Milano for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute! The room was stylish (loved the decor), well-equipped, modern, nicely sized and quiet. The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The location was perfect as it was close to Milano Centrale, so I was able to walk to and from there for day trips to other cities in Italy. I would definitely recommend Spice Hotel!
The staff were amazing. Very helpful. The room was impeccable. Beautiful polished maple paneling in the room. Detailed features throughout that I enjoyed. The breakfast was amazing. Very nice selection of items. The breakfast hostess, Angelina, was so kind and helpful. She made some of the best cappuccinos in all of Italy. If ever in Milan again, will most certainly stay there again.
I was only here for a short stay, but the location (walking distance to the central train station) was unbeatable. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The room was well-appointed in a stylish Milanese fashion, and all the amenities were really nice, spotlessly clean. It was one of the only hotels I stayed at in Italy where wifi and tv actually worked well.
The Hotel is amazing the location is good specially if you will go around in Italy but you want to stay in milan there is so much restaurants beside the hotel , and its 2 min away from the train station , the staff is the most friendly staff i've ever met they try to make you as comfortable as they can the room size is perfect.
Excellent position and very good breakfast. Friendly staff; the room was clean and free water was provided.
The location of the hotel is perfect if you need to go to the city centre, and the railway station ("Milano Centrale" the main railway station) is not too far, walking distance. Shops and supermarkets around.
Clean apartment with more amenities than most rooms we rented in Italy. Small kitchen with hot pot was a big bonus! Great location for travel!!! Directly across the street from the main train station in Milan. Staff was helpful and friendly. This would have been an ideal spot to start our trip in Italy!
This is a lovely hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Our room was perfect, and the bathroom was much bigger than most hotels in Italy. The breakfast had a wide selection of sweet and savory. They even had hard boiled eggs. It's super close to the Milan Central train station.
Me and my friend stayed for 2 nights and could not fault the hotel for the time that we spent in it! Reception staff always went above and beyond anytime we had any questions about how best to travel around Milan! Tram/ bus into city centre few minutes from hotel! Would recommended :)
The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. It is located close to Central station so it is very convenient if you need to take the train to travel from Milan. You can also walk to the city centre of Milan from the hotel.
The location of the hotel was ideal and was close to the metro so very easy to travel around and not too far from Milan city centre. The rooms looked like the pictures shown on the website. Supermarkets and cafes are close by.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and bathroom was bigger compared to other hotels we stayed in Italy. The staff was really nice and since we stayed on new year's eve , they offered us free drinks.
Clean room, cosy and warm. Close enough to city centre (15-20 minutes by public transport).
The lift is tiny though, so be aware if you're travelling with many luggages (as every lift in old buildings in Italy).
Best hotel breakfasts we have had in italy. The suites were bright modern and super comfortable. A really good location close to the Navigli and a short tram ride to the centre of Milan and the Duomo
Great facilities, room size and the Sky channels were a nice touch! The hotel offers so much more than a lot of the hotels which are more expensive in the Milan City Centre.
Milan Suite Hotel provided all the things you need for travel, strongly recommend all of you. Less than 5min walking distance to bus stop that can send you to city centre
