I just loved this place! simple and clean and only half an hour from the Grand Canyon! checkin is super simple as you get the room code by text message. the heating was on to make sure the place is warm enough for us. the shower was perfect, with hand-held shower head, which I love, great water pressure and super hot water. the quality of the shower gel was better than most high end hotels :) the internet was also better than expected, since it's not guaranteed that it works all the time, but it was good enough to do some research for the rest of our trip.

It’s a remote location in the middle of nowhere, you can do star gazing. It’s a perfect place if you want to quickly reach the Grand Canyon. The host was very helpful and friendly.

There was no breakfast. The directions we received were not accurate nor very clear. The address was for a road about 1/4 of a mile away. Directions said turn left but there was no left unless talking about turning into the trailer park. The room was as advertised. It was very clean.

Wander Camp was a “wander”-full 😂 experience for us. The tent was tidy and the service upon entering the camp made us feel welcome. The bathrooms were sufficient enough to wash ourselves off after a long day hiking @ Grand Canyon and the employees diligently kept the facilities clean. The experience at night was magical as the sky was lit with the wonders of the cosmos. Very little noise pollution at the camp so you can hear coyotes howling at night which was quite cool.

If you love isolated places and the wilderness, and still want to be close enough to the Grand Canyon, then this is for you. The place is just as described. Comfortable and clean. Just pack warm clothes because nights can be freezing cold even in April. The house will keep you relatively warm and there was enough hot water for us four. We loved the place!

Grubby, broken electrical and plumbing fittings, tired and staff were not good at their jobs, the maintenance tech made issues worse, the front desk staff were unhelpful. A bad experience especially the switcheroo trick

The hotel itself and its location were satisfactory.
The hotel itself and its location were satisfactory. However, I encountered issues with the professionalism of the front desk staff, as well as discrepancies between the room I booked and the one provided. Additionally, I was surprised by unexpected charges that exceeded my initial expectations.

Location to Grand Canyon South Entrance was great.
Location to Grand Canyon South Entrance was great. Odd having 2 bathrooms for 4 people but no seating area for kitchen. Fine for short stay but would have been more difficult for a longer stay. Nice that there was a small town on way to Grand Canyon but best to get supplies in Flagstaff if going to stay longer.

The location was a reasonable proximity to the grand canyon, but there was nothing else that would encourage me to stay here again. The restaurant was closed, the room had an off-putting smell, the sink leaked and there was no cold water in the tap line, the shower faucet was almost falling off, the toilet ran most of the night, the mattresses were terrible, and it was incredibly loud.

Do not stay there!!!!! No Wi-Fi, filth and broken objects. Stairs leading up to second floor are full of hair and indescribable objects. Nasty!!!!!!! Our tv did not work and the fire detector was outside broken.

The road to the property is horrible, but the homes themselves for the price and what our family needed were perfect. Basic groceries once we got there, I would recommend grabbing in another town as prices are CRAZY with and close to the Grand Canyon.
The commute to visit the park was so easy, and better than an expensive hotel with less amenities and hearing all the neighbors in a hotel is a hard pass for us! This tiny home met our needs
We loved that accommodation, communication with the landlord was great, comfy beds, good AC, very clean (but vacuuming under the beds is necessary), gorgeous location half an hour closer to Grand Canyon than Williams! (just be prepared there is no paved street when you arrive from the 64 street to the mobile home park), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee basics, microwave, fridge were provided. Silent area, kind people, nice sunset.
The beds are comfortable - this is true. The staff are nice. It's handily located to Grand Canyon. The village of Vallee - has an outstanding early morning breakfast place. It is reasonable value relative to prices everywhere else. The road to it is fine, a bit bumpy - could maybe do with a little better signage - and the coyotes howling added considerable ambience!
I did love the stargazing and the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was amazing. We arrived late in the night, around 11pm because of the long trip from another state but we were very welcomed at check-in. The mornings and the evenings there were incredible and the hotel is located only around 30 min away from Grand Canyon.
Do you want to visit the Canyon for a few days and want a really nice place nearby for cooking, stargazing and enjoying some qualitytime? This is the one. You might pay a little more than for other motels/hotels, but you get rewarded with a house with all the equipment you need to feel comfortable with.
Good size room, comfortable beds, restaurant/ bar by the lobby, had breakfast that was pretty good but it took forever and they were not busy at all, close to 2 gas stations and the souvenir shop, close to Grand Canyon south rim . Check in/out very fast 👍🏻
Very convenient location to get into Grand Canyon National Park. Host gave great directions on getting to property as well as what would be needed before getting to the property since it is somewhat remote to a bigger town for supplies.
Good Tiny Home at a good price. Much closer to the South rim than if we had stayed in Williams (our original plan) - although it is in the middle of nowhere. Has good facilities - full kitchen, nice bathroom and good beds.
Great location near Grand canyon, reasonable price, parking lot available, easy self-checkin and helpful instructions how to find accomodation, well equipped kitchen, 2 separate toilets
Great and cozy place (on the road to the Grand Canyon). We were able to check-in very late without problems. Would definitely recommend this place before/after going to Grand Canyon :)
The property sits in Valley Arizona a short 30 minute drive from the Grand Canyon national Park. The property is well-maintained clean and very welcoming.
